👤 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 444c, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, or automated accounts are prohibited from registering.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and whenever requested thereafter.
• You must not already hold another active account with 444c. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

💰 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

444c supports multiple payment channels optimized for Bangladeshi players. All monetary values on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following general rules govern all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and are shown at the time of the request.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time, subject to confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your issuing bank are outside 444c's control.

444c offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to reward both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• A standard wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x to 35x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, unless a different rollover is stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for a fixed period from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically at the end of this period.

444c employs advanced fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity. Where suspicious behaviour is identified, 444c may place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, or sale of any 444c intellectual property — in whole or in part — is strictly forbidden and may result in civil and criminal liability. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 444c does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

🔐 Account Termination & Suspension

444c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions, including the fair play and prohibited conduct provisions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe following a formal request from 444c's compliance team.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

🏛️ Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws and regulations. 444c operates as an internationally-focused platform serving the Bangladesh market and endeavours to ensure all operations meet applicable standards for fair play, data protection, and responsible gaming.

It is the user's sole responsibility to review these terms periodically and to remain aware of any modifications.

Where a material change is made to these terms, 444c will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
